We recently filmed at our HQ @velishafarms for the ‘Fresh Veg, Deliciously Affordable’ campaign, led by the @oma_australia (OMA) in partnership with @healthandwellbeingqld and @ausveg, encouraging Australians to add just one extra serving of vegetables a day. Recent research reveals Aussies are only consuming 1.8 servings daily—far below the recommended 5 servings. With veggies costing just 65 cents per serve, they’re not only an affordable option but a key to better health, reducing healthcare costs, and supporting local growers. @catherinevelisha, our Managing Director, is proud to be a spokesperson for this initiative alongside @mcintyre.elizabeth (CEO, OMA), @jemmaohanlon, Michael Coote (CEO, AUSVEG), and Dr. Robyn Littlewood (CEO, HWQld). Together, we’re working to improve health, help local farmers, and make veggies a staple on every plate.
