Working alongside experts like Dr Sarah Oxford, PhD Evaluation Lead at the Institute for Safety, Compensation and Recovery Research, @monash_uni, we’re ensuring our programs are grounded in the latest research and making a tangible impact on farm safety.Our tailored risk assessments and safe work systems funded by @worksafevic are making a difference across eleven farms in four Victorian regions. From offering non-English-speaking staff induction materials to managing tractor operations and noise levels, we’re committed to creating a safer working environment for all in our industry.We’re particularly pleased with the early findings showing positive engagement with our materials and a commitment to improving farm safety.
